SYSTEM: Delivery information

Delivery T&Cs:

Free next day delivery Monday – Friday, when ordered before 2pm, (Monday-Saturday for London postcodes, please see map) on orders over £75 or £7.50 for all orders under £75 (Please note we use a next day service but cannot guarantee next day delivery)

We use Packfleet for all Londonwide deliveries and Parcelforce for all nationwide deliveries. You will receive tracking information via your phone or email once the package has been collected from us.

Please note we can deliver to the UK Mainland only, excluding Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland

Our tote bags and prints are available for collection or delivery. Delivery is next day Monday – Friday and is £7.50 or you can come and collect from Peckham Cellars during our opening hours free of charge

You can make an order of any size to be collected free of charge from Cellar Next Door, 73 Camberwell Church Street, SE5 8TR.

Orders can be collected during our opening hours:
Monday-Tuesday 12-6
Wednesday-Saturday 12-9

Delivery instructions:

At checkout there is a box to write delivery notes. Please let us know if there are any instructions we need for finding your address, if there is a safe place to leave your package or if there is a specific time or date you need to your delivery for. 


For local delivery we use collapsible cardboard boxes. We encourage you to reuse these for transporting or storing wine. Alternatively you can give them back to us on our delivery run or drop them into Peckham Cellars and we will reuse them. They are fully recyclable. 

For nationwide we use double walled cardboard boxes with inserts to secure and protect the bottles. The inserts are made of recycled material and are compostable and the boxes can be recycled or re-used. 


It is possible that wine may arrive damaged due to courier mishandling or the wine may be tainted or corked, but this is a very rare occasion.

However, if the bottle is damaged you’ll need to inform us within 7 days of receiving your package and then send us a photo to of the broken bottle and the packaging. We can then arrange a refund for the cost of the bottle and shipping for you.

If you believe the bottle of wine is corked, you’ll need to get in touch within one month of receiving your package. Then just give us a call or email us to discuss the issue and we can take any steps to replace or credit the item. Tel. 0207 207 0124 email: 

If your package has not arrived or there is an issue with your delivery please contact us so we can try and rectify this and ensure you receive your package. In the case of an item not being delivered or returned to us we will offer a full refund.

We make every effort to supply goods as shown on our website, however occasionally we do have to substitute products for an alternative of equal or greater value, where a valid substitute is available. In the event this needs to happen, we will always contact you first to discuss and if you are not happy we will refund the item.
