A wonderful expression of Loire Chenin Blanc here. Its taught, lithe and mineral yet at the same time textural and expressive. Truly one of our favourite wines here at cellars.

This is a blend of two parcels on flint and limestone helping to give that mineral character with hints of golden apples, and whisper-light notes of honeysuckle and jasmine. Perfect with fresh seafood and sushi.

All farming here is organic and biodynamic and has been since 2004.
