The Classic Morgon from one of Cellars all-time heroes. Bright, juicy, and fresh - but with structure and depth alongside. The epitome of the modern school of Beaujolais, and one that many others have sought to imitate over the years.

This is juicy perfection! Lithe, sumptuous, and utterly drinkable - this is all about the vibrant fruit that only Gamay can deliver. Completely effortless, it slips down the palate with such ease, barely a tannin in sight - its all about that crunchy fruit and juicy freshness here. Fleurie Charbonnieres, Domaine Chapel, 2022

Sat in an amphitheatre looking down on the back of La Madone, Fleurie Charbonnieres is 1.2 hectares of vines amongst the acacia forest where the land has been farmed organically for over 20 years. Whereas Foillard and Breton are both part of the infamous ‘Gang of Four’, made famous in the 19080's.  Here, Domaine Chapel represent the younger generation. A future classic here for sure!
