From the village of Entoma in Valdeorras, the site of this vineyard is considered Grand Cru quality and the wines produced here are rich, powerful, and complex.

Raised in a mixture of concrete vats and oak barrels, there's plenty of spice and texture here to back up the intense fruit.

A great alternative to top-end white burgundy.
