Charlotte Sonjon, originally an agricultural engineer, transitioned to winemaking in 2013. After training in Montpellier, she returned to Savoie, working with esteemed estates like Domaine de Chevillard. In 2019, she established her own vineyards in Brison-Saint-Innocent, practicing organic and biodynamic farming with minimal intervention in both vineyard and cellar.
