From 90% Mencía and 10% a mix of local grapes, this is fresh, vibrant and speaks so clearly of the hillside vineyard in which it is grown. The soils here are Gneiss and the wine has a perfect linearity and mineral backbone that makes it utterly compelling and completely unique. Just 2000 bottle produced in 2022.
