A single vineyard Chardonnay that's far from the buttery and oaky examples, this is textured, tense, linear, complex, with a strong stamp of its provenance. Serious stuff.

Domaine de Thalie create pure, precise wines in Southern Burgundy that bring to mind the wonderful Chablis of De Moor. This Cuvee spends one year in a mix of amphora and old barrels and a further year in bottle before release.
