This is such a joyous wine! Full of fruit, with some earth and smokiness too. Made from Negoska, which can often be a bit of a monster grape variety, winemaker Chloe picks early and uses carbonic maceration, the method so famous for producing Beaujolais, to make a young, fruity, and characterful wine full of life and energy.
