One Drop is a lively pét-nat from Domaine Geschickt in Alsace, France. This biodynamic blend combines Chasselas, Muscat, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, and Pinot Blanc grapes. Some varieties undergo skin maceration for 30 days, while others are direct-pressed. On the palate, it offers notes of peach, acacia, and chamomile, complemented by a subtle pithy grip from the skin contact.

Domaine Geschickt, managed by Aurélie Fayolle and Arnaud Geschickt, has been practicing biodynamic viticulture since 1998. Their commitment to minimal intervention winemaking allows the unique characteristics of their terroir to shine through in each bottle.
