This is (we think), a first for English wine, being aged in clay Amphora. Ageing in amphora really helps to soften wines, and here the skin-contact Ortega has really wonderful soft tannins, and a soft creamy texture. Then there's flavours of honeysuckle, mango and apricot balanced by lovely freshness and clean mineral vibes on the finish.
