He crafted vibrant, pure wine in and around the Adelaide Hills, placing himself at the forefront of the modern Australian wine revolution. Today, his wife Amber continues his legacy, and the wines remain as pure and vibrant as ever.

With 50% whole bunch fermentation and just 10 days on skins, this Grenache is both fleshy and lithe, offering notes of strawberry, pink peppercorns, and a mineral core.
