Ethereal Garnacha from Gredos masters, Comando G.

This is an elegant, lithe, and truly a sophisticated rendition of Garnacha. Think wild strawberries, thyme and dried red flowers. We held back our allocation of this wine, as it really sings with a bit of bottle age, as the tannins soften and mould seamlessly into the wine. 

Now, here's a little secret, the last vintage of this wine will be the 2021, as Comando G restructure their line-up into village specific wines...so this is a true rarity, grab it while you can!
