Tavel is a wine from the south of France that only produces rose. So this is a Rose, but you can think of it more like a light red - theres silky cherry fruit, wild herbs, and spice. You might call it a gastronomic Rose - one to savour over dinner rather than drink quickly in the garden. Either way its absolutely delicious, and its a style were getting behind here at Cellars.
