Toto Barbadillo is a sparkling wine from Cadiz, produced from Palomino. This is the third generation of sparkling wines to be produced by Barbadillo, and this particular collection has undergone the longest period of ageing out of all of Barbadillos sparkling wines giving delicious, complex and fresh aromas with a zesty, mineral finish.

A perfect apritif or superb with oysters and fresh fish.
