A wonderful example of mature Chablis here. Theres still the fresh citrus fruit you would expect from Chablis, but the palate has matured to reveal notes of honey, beeswax, and roasted nuts. Theres a savoury quality overall to the wine - its rich, complex and utterly delicious. Perfect with poultry and mature cheese.
