Ochota gained cult status under the late founder and winemaker, Taras Ochota. He crafted vibrant, pure wine in and around the Adelaide Hills, placing himself at the forefront of the modern Australian wine revolution. Today, his wife Amber continues his legacy, and the wines remain as pure and vibrant as ever.

Pitch-pefect purity here. It whispers, but so gently and lovingly that you never want it to end. There's no earthy burgundy here, it's the most perfect red fruits you could ever ask for - with barely-there sumptuous tannins caressing the palate. One of our all-time favourite wines here at cellars, and one that any Pinot-lover needs to try.
