A treat here, with some properly aged and matured Italian red. From 2014 this is showing wonderfully, with the wine fully mature and ready to provide utmost drinking pleasure.

The wine is matured in giant oak vats for 3.5 years before bottling, and only once Valentino believes the wine is ready to drink, is it released to the market, meaning we get beautiful, fully mature wine to drink. There are notes of black pepper, game, spices, plumy.
