Tuscan wines are often red full-bodied numbers, but here we have a lovely take on the lighter side of Sangiovese. It's blended with a little Trebbiano which gives the wine a little extra lift, juiciness and freshness. The wine has a beautiful balance to it, there's classic red fruit notes of Sangiovese, along with a touch of spice, lots of juicy character, but then a little hit of structure just giving it some extra interest on the finish.
