Fresh and fruity with baked apples and spice. Theres a hint of sweetness balanced by a fine thread of acidity. Bottled with a delightful light spritz this is a great wine for spicy food, or a nice alternative to dessert wine.  Made from the grape variety Aligote, with biodynamic farming.
