2022 was a warm year in Galicia, so the Albarino from Zarate are quite fleshy, with good ripeness. But make no mistake - we still have the vibrant acidity and mineral backbone in abundance. World-class Albarino here. Zarate are the very top-tier of producers in Rias Baixas.

The Balado is from 60 year old vines on Granite soils, in the heart of the Salnes sub-zone of Rias Baixas. Aged in Stinless steel with no malolactic. Peach, citrus, sea-spray - super-mineral and fresh.
