Textbook white Burgundy from cult winemaker Antoine Jobard. We've had this wine in storage for a while, and we feel that the 2018 white burgundies are just starting to hit their stride, so we've retrieved it just in time for Christmas. Extremely complex with notes of smoke, a soft buttery note, a stone fruit core and long mineral fish.
