One of Italy’s most iconic wines, and a uniquely singular take on Brunello di Montalcino.

From a tiny 2.5 hectare estate, this wine is made completely organically, with some biodynamic methods - and no fining nor filtration. Fermentation in cement tanks and ageing in large Slavonian oak for up to 4 years.

Expect high-toned fruit, leather, earthy spice, and aromatics that emerge from the wine like a symphony.
