Incredible Grand Cru Champagne from Benoit Lahaye - one of the undisputed masters of making Champagne from Pinot Noir.

This is 90% Pinot Noir, with the balance Chardonnay. Fermented in oak barrels which gives texture and richness to the wine. Part of the blend is from a perpetual reserve, meaning you get great depth and concentration to the fruit.
