I Clivi's red is Cabernet Franc, a long way from its natural home in the Loire Valley. Here we get a riper version of the grape, with lots of cherry, dark plums, bitter cocoa, violets, pepper, and spice. Rich and complex but smooth and velvety at the same time. Aged in concrete we’ve nothing but the perfect fruit on offer here.
