A classic Margaret River Cabernet here. Ripe blackcurrants, freshly crushed mint, and lots of cedar wood. Ripe, rich, with great length. Now with a bit of bottle age but still remarkably youthful, this is drinking very will now and will improve over the next decade. The perfect foil to a fatty cut of beef.
