From 2014 - this wine sees extended aging on lees giving extraordinary depth and complexity.

As prominent champagne critic Stephen Reinhardt writes;

"Les Maillerettes offers a picture-book flavor of Bouzy Pinot Noir: sweet cherries, great purity and elegant intensity. Full-bodied, round and fruity on the palate, but pure, fresh and precise, this is a superb Pinot with great elegance and length. Lovely salinity."

This is 100% Pinot Noir and is Extra-Brut - with just 3.5g dosage. We've had this in storage since release - and it's starting to really get into its perfect drinking window now.
