Chenas is perhaps one of the lesser know Crus of Beaujolais, especially in relation to its more famous siblings of Morgon and Fleurie. The wines here tend to be on the firmer and richer side of Beaujolais yet in the hands of the brothers Paul-Henri and Charles Thillardon, we get a wonderfully elegant and charming wine. Theres real purity to the fruit, lovely freshness, and a very silky palate. Perfect Beaujolais.
