Villemades Cheverny Rouge is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Gamay fermented with whole bunches. Grown in sandy clay and flint soils over limestone. This is quintessential, old-fashioned, light Loire red. Expect aromas of cherry, raspberry, violet, earth, and blood orange, with a touch of white pepper.
