Beatrice and Pascal vinify each parcel according to the soil.  Here we have Les Puys, which is from one of their top vineyards located on Limestone terroir. This gives elegance and finesse to Cabernet Franc and helps balance to the richly fruited palate. All Farming is organic and biodynamic and has been since 2004.

This 2016 shows just how well Cabernet Franc can age. This is a perfect wine for Peking duck, or mushroom fried rice.
