This is a phenomenal wine from Fedellos do Couto.

The wine is on the Cerebral side of things, with lots of complexity. It's extremely fresh with a very pronounced saline character. The wine is aged on skins for 28 days, so you might expect a little bit more grip, but the skin contact manifests itself in a gorgeous, almost glycerol-like texture rather than drying tannin.

The grapes are sourced from a single vineyard which is a field blend of Dona Blanca, Godello, Albariño, Treixadura, Lado, & Torrontes.

All in all, this is a unique wine that curious wine lovers should be seeking out!
