Chateau Thivin are a classic winery producing some of the best Beaujolais going and here is a glorious take on the more serious side of Beaujolais.

We are normally found peddling the natural wines of the Beaujolais region, but this is made in the more classic style - still from organically farmed fruit, of course. There is a core of juicy cherry fruit, but the wine also has more structure, depth and backbone. A great match with Sunday lunch.
