The Grape variety Albilio is grown here in the moutains west of Madrid. The high altitude means you get a perfect balance of rich fruit but also freshness in the wine. Matured in oak casks, theres a weight and richness to the wine that gives a serious note.

Sophisticated and elegant, and crying out fo some high-end dishes, try this with lemon sole and butter sauce.
