Elegant and linear - this is a tour-de-force in old-vine Cinsault. Its not really about the fruit here, although theres amazingly pretty red berry fruit - its all about fresh minerality and crushed rocks. About as perfect a Cinsault you could get, from South Africas finest, Duncan Savage.
