It's a blend of Fiano and Falanghina from Campania in the south of Italy where the Mediterranean climate brings bright tropical fruit. The vineyards are at altitude so the wine stays nice and fresh. And there's the proximity to the sea bringing a natural saltiness to the wine. And the secret weapon - two days skin contact - gives a soft textural interest and a big hit of grapefruit of aromatics.
