    Heady, exotic and perfumed - this is a sumptuous Priorat from Alvarao Palacios. I tend to think of Priorat as inky and deep, and make no mistake this is a rich wine, yet there's softness and elegance here too. Think morello cherries and Mediterranean herbs. The juicy attack segues onto a rich, layered palate, with beautiful silky tannins.
