Guimaro crafts some of Galicia's most authentic wines, and this is no exception. A blend of the classic local grape varieties, this is for the most part Godello with Albarino. Godello gives weight and structure to the wine, whilst Albarino brings lift, and freshness. Think notes of white peach, jasmine and sea spray.
