This is such a joy to drink. Incredibly fresh, pure and mineral - its a go to wine for us for warmer days or partnering with seafood.

Amos Banares farms tiny plots of traditional Catalunya varieties near to Barcelona. He's a master at keeping his wines fresh in this hot climate and the wines all have a clear mineral streak that really brings them to life. Winemaking here is all natural with no additions and no winemaking wizardry, just great farming producing wonderful grapes.

The Hey! is made part in stainless steel, bringing freshness, and part in Amphora (giant clay pots), which help give the wine minerality and a hint of structure.
