Incredible white from Jura. Depth, complexity, earthy notes, savory core, and loads of freshness to balance it all. 

This is made in a similar way to some of the aging process in Jerez. They allow a thin layer of flor to develop of the wine, hence you get some of the same nutty, yeasty aromas that you find in good finno.
