Fabrizio farms organically, and his vineyards are surrounded by forest, ensuring no neighboring chemicals enter his vines and allowing for plenty of biodiversity. Soils here are clay-limestone giving weight and elegance. The wines are aged in a mixture of cement tanks and large oak casks.
