Now here we have a wine full of character - properly expressive Chenin Blanc! It tastes full of apples - some crisp and zesty, some just baked and straight out of the oven. Theres some beautiful white flower notes here, too, the hallmark of great Chenin. On the palate theres layers of texture and interest, all rounded out by some tasty freshness.

Les Sablonettes are a winemaking couple working in the heart in the Loire Valley. They run a small farm according to biodynamic principles, and all the winemaking is fully natural with no additions.
