Romain le Bars works just 1,5 hectares of vines in and around Lirac and Tavel. The wines are extremely pure, with lively fruit, a real sense of energy, and a wonderful lithe texture.

This is not in the usual style of Lirac, which can be full and tannic, rather we have a very silky and sumptuous rendition - a modern take on a classic.
