Ballena del Sur is a project from Sebastien Zuccardi with UK Natural wine importer, Les Caves de Pyrenee. Made from organically grown grapes and a hands off approach in the winery, this is a very pure expression of Malbec. No oak here, all the flavour comes directly from the goodness in the grapes.
