Bottled after barely the slightest filtration process, En Rama Sherry wines are drawn straight from barrels and retains the intense golden color and pungent character it exhibits straight from the butts where it ages under flor for about four and a half years.

One of the greatest Fino Sherries, this Manzinilla is salty, with notes of bruised apples and roasted almonds.
