Sylvain Pataille has been making a bit of a name for himself recently, and the hype is real! The reds combine juicy, silky texture with depth and spice. Lovely and accessible now, they will also reward time in the cellar, but you can get around this by chucking it in a decanter for an hour or two before drinking.
