Miranius Xarel Lo is bright, zippy, and fresh, married with just enough texture aromatic intensity to keep everything exquisitely balanced. A joyous, easy-going affair that would work well with fresh fish, grilled chicken, or chickpea salad.

The Grape variety Xarel Lo is one you may have drunk quite a lot of over the years, without realising, as its one of the main components of traditional Cava. However, until recently, it was seldom grown on its own for still wines. But recently Xarel lo seems to be having a bit of a moment in the natural wine world, with many growers discovering its potential when the grape vine is exposed to higher quality farming and winemaking techniques.
