Moristel is very rare, and super-interesting grape variety from Somontano in Spain – There’s lively ripe fruits on the nose, think Blackberry, cherry, liquorice and roasted herbs. It’s a little wild and rustic at first, give it half an hour to breathe for the fruit to really shine through.
