World-class Cabernet from Chateau Montelena - famous for defeating the French in the historic tasting 'the judgment of Paris' where unbeknown to the French judges, they were served Montelena, and chose it as the winner beating the classic French wines. That was for their Chardonnay, although the Cabernet also deserves plaudits as one of the finest in California.

This is bold and ripe, with Black fruit and incredible depth - perfect with roast meats.
