Ostertag is fast becoming one of our all-time favourite winemakers at Cellars. There’s an artfulness to the wines, a sense of vitality that brings the wines to life. And texture, too. There's always wonderful texture to the wines; Alsace whites can often be very clean and fresh – and this is no exception – but it is married with a glycerol-like texture that marks Ostertag apart from other winemakers of the region. We hope you love the wines as much as we do. The Ostertag’s are an artful bunch, Andre’s wife, Christine, creates the labels which change each vintage.

The Domaine is certified Biodynamic.
