Whilst organic and biodynamic viticulture has built real momentum in European, it's still relatively rare in Australia. Paxton is one of the few wineries working biodynamically and the wines they produce are rather special. 
Theres ripe red fruits aplenty, with notes of thyme and rosemary. Its medium to full bodied, with silky tannins and top-drinkability factor.
