A wonderful wine from from Abruzzo made in the main with Pecorino but also a partially blended with other varieties for balance and complexity. Think apple, fresh almonds, with a salty twist to the palate. This is very savoury, with a hint of grip, good texture and a lovely fresh finish. 
Aged in concrete tanks (you see what they did there!) and bottled without sulphur, so on the natural side of things, but it's classy wine in on its on terms.
